Solving plant problems becomes simpler when we know how to accurately identify the cause. This session aims to enhance your ability to do that.

Scientific research indicates that 70% to 90% of garden problems are not caused by pests or diseases. They are caused by non-living factors, such as too much or too little water, extreme temperatures, mechanical damage, too much or too little light, nutrient deficiency or toxicity, etc.

This session will familiarize you with problems caused by non-living factors and offer remedies for them. It helps you fix the majority of plant problems.

Our speaker, Justin Dune, is a retired architect and educator, an Oregon State University Extension Master Gardener, and a member of the 10-Minute University team. Justin gardens on a steep lot, growing ornamental plants, fruits, berries and vegetables.
